Privacy notice
The Just Hub runs a private 90-day mentorship programme. This notice explains what personal data we collect, why, and the choices you have. It is written to meet the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
What we collect
- Enquiries: your WhatsApp number or email address and what you tell us in the conversation.
- Members: your name, phone number, email, profile photo and bio if you add them.
- Programme records: attendance, assignments, reading logs, chat messages and review notes.
- Payments: amounts, dates, payment method, references and receipts.
- This website: anonymous usage statistics such as which sections are viewed and tapped.
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and enrol you.
- To run the programme, track your progress and give you feedback.
- To record payments and manage access to the members app.
- To improve this website.
We collect only what we need for these purposes and we do not sell your data.
Who can see it
Your trainers see your programme records for their own track. Payment records are visible only to you and the Admin. The Admin can see and moderate all chats in the members app. We use trusted service providers to host the app, store files and send notifications.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw your consent, at any time. Write to thejustplace@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
